Board of Directors

Chaired by H.E. Mr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Rebdi, the current Board of Directors of NADEC commenced its term on April 11, 2024, for a four-year period ending on April 10, 2028. The Board comprises nine members representing a distinguished group of independent professionals with extensive expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and diverse experience, overseeing the management, operations, and strategic direction of NADEC and its subsidiaries to achieve its objectives and desired outcomes.

On April 2, 2026, the General Assembly approved the appointment of H.E. Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley as a Board member, effective from November 17, 2025, to complete the current term ending April 10, 2028.

The General Assembly also approved the election of two members to fill the newly added Board seats: Ahmed bin Saud Shahini and Mohammed bin Galal Fahmy.
