NADEC’s executive management conducted a field tour of several distribution outlets to monitor operations and assess the readiness of its red meat products as part of preparations for the holy month of Ramadan. The visit included a review of supply, storage, and display processes, as well as ensuring the smooth flow of supply chains to guarantee that products reach consumers efficiently and on time. The tour aimed to verify the availability of “NADEC Meats” in sufficient quantities and with consistent quality across all points of sale, enhancing the consumer experience and strengthening confidence in national products. Daily distribution plans were also evaluated to ensure market coverage and meet the anticipated increase in demand during the season. This comes in parallel with NADEC’s expansion into the red meat sector as one of its new strategic business segments. Integrated capabilities covering production, processing, and distribution have been developed in line with best operational practices and quality standards. This approach contributes to offering fresh products with reliable sourcing and supports the stability of supplies in the local market throughout the year. NADEC continues to develop its new food sectors and expand its investments across agricultural and food value chains, enhancing local production efficiency and increasing levels of self-sufficiency. These efforts form part of NADEC’s commitment to supporting food security and providing high-quality national products that meet consumer needs and align with the Kingdom’s sustainable development goals.
