As part of its commitment to agricultural and food awareness, land rehabilitation, and the promotion of smart and sustainable farming practices, the National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) organized a workshop titled "Fundamentals of Agriculture Learning" in collaboration with Nawara for Restoration Etmam. This initiative aligns with Nadec’s ongoing efforts in corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
The workshop aimed to educate and raise awareness among farmers and citizens about healthy and environmentally friendly agricultural practices, including indoor gardening, tree transplantation, and optimizing available home spaces for cultivation.
Participants were introduced to various plant species, suitable soil types for home and garden cultivation, different types of fertilizers and their benefits, tree transplantation techniques, and environmental conservation practices.
This initiative reflects Nadec’s dedication to supporting agricultural knowledge and enhancing environmental awareness within the community. By providing fundamental agricultural skills, the workshop helps participants adopt best practices for sustainable farming and environmental preservation in their daily lives.
