King Saud University honored the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) for its support and sponsorship in establishing the Dental Health Clinic at the College of Applied Medical Sciences. This recognition reflects NADEC’s ongoing commitment to supporting community projects and initiatives across various fields.
The recognition took place during the inauguration of the Dental Health Clinic by the Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Professor Dr. Mai Al-Rashed. The clinic was established under the honorary sponsorship of NADEC, as part of a broader series of social initiatives and programs the company has launched across charitable, health, sports, and awareness sectors.
The Dental Health Clinic at King Saud University offers specialized services such as laser and oxygen-based gum treatments, preventive fillings, teeth whitening, and other medical services to beneficiaries within the university.
In recent years, NADEC has successfully implemented a wide range of community projects and initiatives in collaboration with partners from various sectors. These efforts have supported local communities in the areas where the company operates. NADEC has distributed food baskets and in-kind assistance during key occasions such as Ramadan and national holidays and has actively participated in volunteer activities related to education, health, and the environment. Numerous volunteering events have been organized to foster a sense of social responsibility among employees and contribute to the betterment of society.
NADEC has also conducted workshops and awareness lectures on the importance of balanced nutrition, food preservation practices, and minimizing food waste, in collaboration with experts in the field. These initiatives aim to improve public health awareness and promote healthy eating habits. Additionally, NADEC continues to support charitable organizations, raise student awareness, and advocate for sustainability and environmental conservation—initiatives that align with the goals and vision of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
